The first few times I drank this tea I thought I was tripping because of the taste. I drink all my teas without honey or a sugar additive. This tea is meant to taste like it does which is not so great. I have others to compare it too. Krystal recommends 3-8oz cups a day, but 1 often works for me. I'm purchasing more because as a cancer thriver I need to get a LITTLE more committed to eliminating sugar from my diet. This tea works just as good as my appetite suppressant with keeping me away from things I don't need.

To be honest I�ve had an addiction to sugar for as long as I could remember and I did not really expect this tea to work for me. I would take it periodically with the blood purifier. I felt like it would help a little with kicking the cravings. A couple months ago I got more serious about my health and did a week straight of this tea, mixed with blood purifier and I swear it changed my life. I had the most problems with wanting sugar at night and drinking this tea twice a day has definitely helped me with that.
While I do still consume sugar, although a lot less, it�s become less of a craving and it really does not satisfy me the same at all. I cannot wait to say I have eliminated processed sugar from my diet completely but in the meantime, I am so proud of how far I have come and I know this tea has helped me on this journey.
