On Wednesday, July 15th, I placed an order with The Goddess Collection because someone in my family had recently been hospitalized, and I needed the products as quickly as possible.
After placing my order online, I realized I hadn't selected the expedited shipping option. I immediately called The Goddess Collection, where I had the pleasure of speaking with Shontell. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and eager to help.
Although the company had recently transitioned to a new system and my order hadn't updated yet, Shontell assured me she would take care of it. She explained the situation, asked me to give her about 30 to 40 minutes, and promised to call me back. As time passed, I became a little anxious and called the warehouse, thinking she may have forgotten about me. Ironically, she was calling me at that exact same moment!
When we connected, Shontell already had my order pulled up. She explained that upgrading my shipping to UPS 2-Day Air would only cost an additional $3.20. She immediately sent the invoice, processed the upgrade, and made sure everything was completed before the afternoon shipping cutoff.
I was hoping my package would arrive by Friday, but thanks to Shontell's exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile, my order arrived the very next day—within 24 hours!
I wanted to share this experience because outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized. The Goddess Collection truly stands behind its customers and operates with integrity. I also want to personally thank Krystal and her entire team for their dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping others. The healing products they provide have been an incredible blessing to my family, and I am grateful for everything they continue to do for the community.
