Directions - These oils are very strong so don't feel you need to breath in a lot at ONE TIME.
To use an aromatherapy inhaler, you simply unscrew the cap and raise the tip of the inhaler (bottle) to your nose and inhale the scent through each nostril at a time without letting air enter the bottle. Repeat as needed.
Once completed, screw top on immediatley to avoid air (oxygen) from entering the bottle as it can cause the oil to oxidize and loose its strength and potency. Make sure cap is on tight after each use.
