Elderberries are packed with antioxidants which may help protect cells from oxidative stress. Traditionally used to support immune health, they may help reduce the duration and severity of colds and flu. Their anti-inflammatory compounds can ease discomfort associated with conditions like arthritis and gout. Elderberries are also a good source of fiber, supporting healthy digestion and regular bowel movements. Additionally, their nutrient profile may contribute to heart health by promoting healthy cholesterol levels and vascular function, support balanced blood sugar, and help protect the skin from environmental damage, promoting a radiant appearance.
