Soulagement des allergies

I love this tea, has become my morning staple because it's so grounding and delicious. I have definitely noticed my allergies are less severe than they typically are-- I'm still taking daily allergy medicine, but used to regularly get really congested, red eyes and exhausted. Huge shift!

I can finally breathe again! I�ve been using this tea daily for 2 weeks & I can breathe freely. I haven�t taken any allergy medicine and I can sleep great. This tea has help me so much. I will definitely be buying it again.

This is one of the first teas I purchased 2-3 years ago. I was suffering from major allergies, & had a bad cough for roughly 9 months before I came across Krystal and her teas. One night before bed, I drink an 8 ounce cup of allergy relief, and my coughing immediately stopped. I went allergy free for 18 months after just one cup of allergy relief tea. The second time I ever needed this tea was in 2020 during allergy season, I drank it for a week straight and haven�t had allergies since.

This tea helps my son, so much, when his allergies have him down and stuffed up. He is a kid who has dealt with seasonal allergies since two (he just turned 15). Making this for him works wonders. Within an hour or two, it clears up his itchy- stuffed nose and watery eyes. I keep this stocked, just in case.

Another one that worked for me! My kids didn't want to take because of the flavor, but I argued that they'd take disgusting tasting medicine if I gave it so take this. I used on myself and baby to keep our sinus allergies in check. So I visited the south for a weekend trip forgetting my jar at home. Please note, there are trees that grow in the southern states and not where I currently live that causes sinus allergies to flare up. I had only had about 2 cups before leaving, mind you I've had a couple of sinus surgeries and several sets of tubes in ears from a baby up to teen years. Anywho, while I was away, it seems this helped with something completely different. I've been battling with bad hemorrhoids since my pregnancy last year. They were the worst they'd ever been 1 week before this trip. While I was away I experienced some bleeding and looked like clots from my rectum with no pain. Hemorrhoids are gone now!! Upon returning home I did experience a sinus infection coming about. But I immediately brewed a pot of tea and after 2 cups in 1 day it was cleared up.
