I’m still getting in the habit of drinking the teas. I first had to decide which 2 I’d drink first. I do feel my headaches/migraines are shorter after about a week or so. So working on the bone builder
It's just been 2 weeks of me drinking bone builder. Immediately after drinking my first cup I felt it tingling in my hip area ( I'm suffering from hip degeneration). I thought I was going crazy but the next morning I could walk without grunting in pain. Still in pain but not as bad. Now it's been 2 weeks I can feel a better difference everyday and I'm optimistic that I won't need hip replacement. I paired it with the maat tea
