I ordered several teas—Blood Purifier, Digestive Ease, Loving My Liver, Bone Builder, Nourishing Nerves, and Lymph Cleanser—along with the Digestive Ease cream. So far, I’ve tried three.
I started with Digestive Ease but didn’t notice much change after a week. Once the Blood Purifier arrived, I combined the two. While I felt some overall improvement, there wasn’t much difference in my bowel movements, even after giving that combination a full week.
However, pairing the Blood Purifier with the Lymph Cleanser was a game changer. I experienced noticeable relief, both with digestion and overall how my body felt.
One thing I’d caution is taking it before bed—it left me feeling pretty wired. I also missed the fine print about the Blood Purifier (not recommended if you have fillings or other foreign objects in your body), so I’ll likely stop that one and stick with the Lymph Cleanser for now. I’ll also be taking it earlier in the day since it’s had the most impact so far.
