When I purchase items online, I read so many reviews it makes my husband. I really wanna make sure I’m getting value for my money. I wanna make sure that the product reviews are by real human beings with real experiences and not paid reviewers. So I did all of that before purchasing the red raspberry leaf tea and having suffered from fibroids for months I didn’t wanna get surgery. I wanted to pursue natural remedies for the issue. So I came across an Instagram advertisement. I did my due diligence and I purchased the tea along with that I purchased from a different vendor St. John’s bush tea using them in tandem has eliminated the heavy bleeding and clotting during my cycle 100% in two cycles. I have done nothing different except drink the tea as instructed. For me, I would only drink the red raspberry leaf when I noticed spotting or the first signs of my cycle. I drink the St. John’s bush twice a week leading up to my cycle in three or four times a week during my cycle and I have had no cramps no back pain… Basically all the negative side effects that used to come along with my cycle, especially since I was diagnosed with fibroids in October of last year… All of them are gone. The only thing I changed was drinking these tea so I must say I will be ordering more. I am a true believer, and I can’t believe I didn’t think to take the natural route first. I can’t believe I even considered letting doctors remove my uterus and do an invasive surgery that obviously my body did not need. I haven’t had my fibroid remeasured or looked at, but I will do that in the near future. But all of the symptoms that were literally affecting my quality of life to the point where some days the bleeding was so heavy I could not leave the house because I was bleeding so much on an hourly basis, I ended up in the hospital at one point for low, hemoglobin and needed a blood transfusion and an iron transfusion. So all this to say, it is worth it buy it take it as directed into your routine. I also eat pretty well I exercise I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I have a pretty healthy lifestyle so be unable to track. The effectiveness of the tea was easy for me because there weren’t that many other factors in my life that could contribute to the difference.
