It actually took one day to not have an urge to smoke. In all it took a total of five days to make me not want to smoke completely. Smoking now is very unenjoyable and makes me very nauseous. I have been smoking for at least 15 years. Now I don't need anything. I don't need alcohol I don't need cigarettes I don't need marijuana.
