Please be advised that shipping may take long than normal during a sale. We offer express services so you can bypass the waiting game. Also note that we operate Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Local Delivery:
Local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our location — making it easier than ever to get your order right to your door.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Enter a reachable phone number during checkout — this helps us coordinate your delivery smoothly.
- If your location has any special requirements (like a gate code or specific delivery instructions), please include them in the Special Instructions section when placing your order.
- To select local delivery, simply choose "Ship" at checkout. If you're within the delivery radius, the "Local Delivery" option will appear.
- Please pay close attention to the instructions listed under the ‘Local Delivery’ option — it includes the hours of operations.
FedEx Shipping:
Domestic Shipping Services (Standard & Express)
IMPORTANT!! FedEx Ground Economy & Ground does not ship on weekends. If you place your order before 2:50 pm cst and you selected a FedEx express option, your order will go out same day. If placed AFTER, it will go out the next day.
- FedEx Ground Economy: 2 to 7 business days for delivery. P.O. Box friendly. Excludes weekends.
International Express Shipping
- FedEx International First & Priority Express: 1-3 day delivery by 5:00 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences.

UPS Shipping:
Domestic Shipping Services (Standard & Express)
If you placed your order before 4:10 pm cst and you selected a UPS express option, your order will go out same day. If placed AFTER, it will go out the next day.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivers by the end of the day (usually 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations, and end-of-day to residential.)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day. *Saturday delivery is available for UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select.
- UPS Ground: Cost-effective ground delivery within 1-5 business days.
USPS Shipping:
- USPS Priority: Delivers within 2-3 business days but still standard shipping.
International Shipping Services:
- UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Typically delivers packages within 2-3 business days by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: Guaranteed delivery in 2-5 business days, with faster times to some locations.
- UPS Worldwide Economy: 5-12 business days
Please note that we are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment. Our shipping carriers calculate charges based on weight, and combining orders can result in inaccurate shipping fees. If you need to add items to an existing order, we kindly ask that you call us directly so we can make the necessary adjustments. If a second order is placed separately and a request is made to ship it with a previous one, we regret that we are unable to accommodate that request.
I placed my order now what?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order number. That let's you know that we have your order in our system.
Please note that the processing and shipping times mean two different things. Processing is the time it takes for us to fill and wrap your order. Shipping starts when we drop off or when the shipping company comes to pick up your order.
Once the order has been shipped, you will get an updated notification sent to your email. FedEx , UPS or USPS may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address. Shipping times vary depending on your location and depending on if any current sales are being ran.
Once the shipping carrier has your order, it is no longer The Goddess Collection's responsibility if any issues occur like the package being stolen or lost. We can file a claim on your behalf if it's through FedEx but you can file your own claim if it's through USPS or UPS.
