Everything is going good with the teas I ordered. The lotion I'm not sure do I just apply it wherever or should I apply it in certain areas. Im fight a long battle with opioid addiction. Any other info would b greatly appreciated

My everyday herbs are Essential!!

I found this beautiful soul when I needed her and every herb, butter ,oil and spray has done what it’s supposed to do and more.
