How To Use:
If you use both the moisturizing oil and the hydrating toner together, you can create an even more powerful effect than if you used them separately!

Using your palms, apply 1 drop of oil & 2 sprays of hydrating toner (more or less depending on your skin type).

Next, apply the combination to the forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck and rub in a circular motion. Initially, the skin will look damp, but once absorbed, it will look hydrated and moist.
