I order my teas a month ago and I believe someone stole it off of my porch or the delivery driver stole it! I filed a claim w/UPS but grew impatient with the process of receiving a refund. I had every intention on reordering the teas once I got the refund. I had reached out to TGC to follow up a few times.
I wrote them on FB which their response was uber QUICK(thankyou). I called the warehouse and spoke with someone explaining my situation and instead of delaying the process any further, she said they would just ship me a new order. They exactly as promised SAME DAY and I received it 2 days later.
That level of service is what customers want!

Now to the product:

The bottles were a little smaller (or slimmer) than I expect but it’s still perfect because she jam packed them jars honey! I’m talking about all the way to the rim!
I don’t have consistent bowel movements so I took the digestive tea and baby I went to the bathroom 20mins later! I will be ordering from here again. The money is so worth it! Thankyou Krystal and TGC team!🫶🏾
