Directions: Morning and night, dab a pea-sized amount of cream (a little goes a long way) onto your ring finger, along with a tiny amount of hydrosol. Repeat if needed, BUT Do not put damp fingers in cream as cream can mold because no preservatives have been added

I have enlarged tonsils. I have sensitivity to dusts, pollen season and smells. Krystal recommended the lymph cleanser and inflammation. This has decreased the size of my tonsils a bit, so I plan to give it a couple of more months. I'm impressed so far. Diet is so important, and my tonsil are unable to fight this cold that came through. I paired that the cold/flu immunity boost and my goodness the amount of mucus to come out in ONE SNEEZE. I feel better, no sore tonsil just getting whatever this mess is out my system. I'll be going to a dairy free diet (6 weeks) to help my body not produce so much mucus, making me prone to sickness.
