It actually took one day to not have an urge to smoke. In all it took a total of five days to make me not want to smoke completely. Smoking now is very unenjoyable and makes me very nauseous. I have been smoking for at least 15 years. Now I don't need anything. I don't need alcohol I don't need cigarettes I don't need marijuana. My stress levels are also normal. that was the reason I was doing what I was doing in the first place because of stress. Thank you goddess for where you have done for me.
