After Birth Healing

I'm very much in love with your teas. The golden milk flow certainly has me making more than enough milk for my baby. It also made the process go smoothly for me. Usually it hurts when my milk comes in. Nor this time, the tea definitely helped. And the after birth healing tea has me healing fast and smoothly. I'm recommending these to everyone I know.

I had a free birth at home and I purchased all of Krystal�s pregnancy and postpartum collections. No hospitals after birth for me or baby and I am 11 week�s postpartum. This combined with divine iron and golden goddess which I took throughout my pregnancy kept me whole throughout this journey of my first pregnancy. No hair fallout, no crazy influx of hormones. If you want to avoid postpartum which is a nutrient deficiency run to this tea.

I didn't really feel the effects right after delivery. I just know my mood was good and I didnt have crying spells. Around 3 months post delivery I tried the tea again and I paired with Divine Iron. I feel like I'm on a "happy pill".. My mood is so light and my laughter has increased. I didn't deal with any post depression at all. I go for blood work next week and I'm excited to see what my levels are. I'm even writing a review without all the anxiety and second guessing.
