Most store-bought cayenne pepper is mixed with other peppers and not 100% cayenne. In order for your cayenne pepper to be effective, it needs to be at least 30,000 heat units. This cayenne pepper is 160,000 heat units! Add this to any tea to increase its effectiveness.
