I LIVE by this tea!

One cup will do it every time for me! My husband ordered this one for me b/c my cramps were really bad & I didn't hesitate to crack the seal open. BEST PURCHASE EVER! I don't even buy over the counter meds anymore for that time of the month!

Seems to work

It definitely eases my cramps but hasn’t rid them completely but it definitely makes my cycle lighter. I’m normally 5 days and the last two months of me drinking this while on my cycle, my cycle has been 3-4 days. Would recommend you try it

Usually I last about 5 days, it’s been significantly shorter at least a by day or two. First time trying , I’ll see if the cramps ease up a little more next cycle

Cream works!
