I been using this tea for 3 weeks. Had to stop for a week or so till my 2nd shipment came in. Delivery took extra 2 days. Back at again. I feel the urges and the longer wait before I smoke get longer. And the taste is getting unbearable. It's doing something hopefully within the next 30 days I'll be smoke free
