Wow! When I say I only had one cup and was chilling during my labor. My doula and I didn�t even realize I was so far into labor, I had my baby at home!! That was secretly my plan anyways! 4 hour labor and 2 pushes! I truly believe that one cup was all I needed to stay calm and have the birth I wanted!
