I use this along with brain enhancement tea and believe they are working wonders for my friends memory. In a matter of a week we are able to see a complete turnaround. I ran out of the brain enhancement and slacked on ordering more so we saw a decline to where he began forgetting and expressing concern about his memory. Once I had the teas back in rotation, he has been sharp as ever and there is no further mention of memory issues.
