This blend is to be used as a vaginal steam. It may help target any fibroids, cysts & endometriosis. Can be used after birth for a faster healing process. This blend can be used while nursing. Do not use if pregnant. Be advised that the blend is subject to change at any time.
Instructions: Boil water and pour 1/4 of a cup of tea into the water. Stand or squat directly over the basin. Can place the basin/pot in the toilet and then sit on the toilet. Wrap a towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping. Steam between 20 - 45 minutes.
