I was dealing with a vaginal yeast infection and something told me after a shower/bath to rub the lotion under my feet both feet and I did it for one week along with the Yoni soap when I tell you my yeast infection is gone I'm Amazed by just rubbing it on the bottom of my feet! I am filled with gratitude and just very thankful for her products!!! I wish I could upload before and after pictures but that's a little TMI LOL
