This spray is like a magic potion!!! I'll admit I was not consistent at all... I will say I used it in the winter every 6 weeks when I got my hair washed and rolled... I have natural curl hair so I wear it curly in the summer... I have used it a lot more this summer... I notice I have more hair and my grays are definitely turning back to my natural color!!!
