The best decision I have ever made

I�ve been taking this for over a month, atleast once a day and pairing it with the blood purifier. I�ve definitely noticed a change within my mood. This combination has really helped calm me down and uplift my mood, as I deal with PMDD & post partum anxiety and spouts of depression. I would definitely prefer this over taking any antidepressants. Prior to this tea I was fighting between taking different medicines for my anxiety. I absolutely hate taking meds and I hated feeling like a test dummy to these doctors but I knew I needed something. Krystal is constantly going live and something told me to just give it a try. I had already stopped eating meat (I�m almost 7 months no meat) so I said why not add this too. Let�s just say I�m about 2 months in and I haven�t taken any medicine at all. I pair this with the lotion and I�m good to go. Not to mention I wasn�t able to drive for quite sometime due to anxiety and I�m driving everyday. Even when I do feel my anxiety trying to creep up while I driving I open my jar of lotion smell it and/or rub some in my hands & wrists then I�m fine.
