While my 1-year-old got a hold of my bracelet and I didn't mind because it protects us from harmful radiation, I bought this for my 6-year-old who is around technology all day long. I notice a difference when she has it on consistently, Im not sure if it is a mental thing but I told her that it helps protect us from the harmful things we can not see.
